Lollapalooza India 2026 is shaping up to be one of the biggest music events the country has ever seen, with desi bass icon Nucleya, global rock legends Linkin Park, and American rap star Playboi Carti leading the star-studded lineup.
Indian electronic music fans are in for a treat as Nucleya returns to the festival with an explosive live set. Known for pioneering India’s bass music movement, the producer will bring back the nostalgia of his Bass Rani era along with hits like Laung Gawacha, Aaja, Bhayanak Atma and Jungle Raja. His performance is expected to be one of the biggest crowd-pullers of the event.
The 2026 edition is also historic for another reason—Linkin Park will perform in India for the first time. One of the world’s most influential rock bands, the group has won multiple Grammy Awards and sold over 100 million albums worldwide. Their music, with timeless hits such as In the End, Numb and Crawling, defined an entire generation of listeners. Even after more than 20 years, the band continues to dominate charts with recent tracks like Lost, Friendly Fire, and their latest album From Zero.
Expressing his excitement about the India debut, band member Mike Shinoda said, “India has been somewhere we’ve wanted to play for a long time. Our fans there are incredibly passionate, and we can’t wait to finally bring our live show to them,” according to a statement shared by BookMyShow Live.
Adding to the global flavour of the festival, chart-topping rapper Playboi Carti will also perform next year. Known for hits like Magnolia, Sky and Stop Breathing, Carti has had a massive year — all 30 tracks from his latest album Music entered the Billboard Hot 100, solidifying his place as one of the most innovative and influential artists in contemporary hip-hop.
Lollapalooza India 2026 will be held in Mumbai on January 24 and 25, 2026, bringing together international icons, homegrown stars, and thousands of fans for two days of unforgettable music.
