The January session of JEE Main 2026 concluded on Wednesday, January 29, with the successful completion of Paper 2 for B.Arch and B.Planning aspirants. The examination was conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) across designated centres in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode.
Paper 2A was held for candidates seeking admission to Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) programmes, while Paper 2B was conducted for those aiming for Bachelor of Planning (B.Planning) courses.
Final Paper of January Attempt Conducted Smoothly
Although it marked the last examination of the January phase, officials confirmed that the same level of monitoring and examination discipline was maintained throughout the day. Authorities ensured strict adherence to all standard operating procedures, including verification protocols and exam hall guidelines.
The exam was conducted without any major disruptions, according to initial reports from several centres.
Candidates Advised to Follow Exam-Day Guidelines
