The rumour, which originated from an anonymous online source, claims that Rockstar will fail to meet its announced release date of November 19, 2026 due to its obsession with delivering a “perfect” product. As soon as the claim surfaced, social media erupted, splitting the GTA community into believers, skeptics and frustrated fans tired of the constant cycle of leaks and counter-leaks.
According to the widely-circulated post from user @GTASixJoker, Rockstar could be preparing to push GTA 6 into 2027 or beyond.
