In the second innings of the match, Starc claimed a remarkable ten-wicket haul, finishing the game with figures of 10 for 113 and becoming the first Australian seamer in 35 years to achieve this milestone in an Ashes Test.
Australia faced a challenging situation after being bowled out for 132 in their first innings, allowing England to seize early control. However, Starc’s brilliant bowling helped bundle England out for 164 in their second innings, leaving the hosts with a target of 205 runs in the final innings.
