Russian Woman Lived 8 Years in Karnataka Forest With Her Daughters

A surprising story has come from the forests of Karnataka. A 40-year-old Russian woman named Nina Kutina lived in a forest cave near Ramnagara for 8 years along with her two daughters. This area is also a popular tourist spot. She stayed away from all modern life — no phone, no electricity, no school, and no contact with society.

Nina had a valid passport and visa and came to India around 2015. Since then, she chose to live in silence and peace, following a spiritual path. She avoided people and lived a very simple life in the forest. Local people recently noticed her and informed the police.

How They Lived in the Forest

Nina and her daughters lived in a small cave. They ate instant noodles, fruits, and vegetables from the forest. They drank water from streams and bathed in waterfalls. Her daughters never went to school but followed a daily routine. Nina taught them things like drawing and basic learning at home.

Police and forest officials said the woman was peaceful and didn’t harm anyone. She refused help and didn’t want to return to normal life. She also told police she wants to stay with nature and continue this life with her children.

Some officers believe she was deeply spiritual and followed Indian traditions. She often meditated and stayed away from noise and crowds. Even though she faced rain, wild animals, and other tough conditions, she managed to live safely all these years.

Her story has now caught public attention as an example of a life completely disconnected from the modern world.
